This process is free other than some of your time. But it's also the most important step. This process will let you know just how much you can afford, what to budget for, or put a plan in place to get you there. It is never too early to start this.

Congratulations on getting this far, but there is more to be done. We will work hard and efficiently now to gather any further documentation for underwriting, and get your loan Clear to Close!

02 let's check out homes

Now that you know what you can qualify for, it's time to start looking at homes with your agent and preparing offers. If you do not have a realtor, I have amazing agents I work with and would be happy to connect you.

04 The home is yours

Congratulations, you've made it! Once you have signed and the county has recorded, you now have the keys to your new place. It is time to make it yours.
